Book a 20-minute call

Pick a time. You’ll get a calendar invite with a video link right away.

What happens on the call

You tell me what you’re spending and what it produced last month.
I tell you what I’d look at first, whether or not you ever pay me.
If it’s a fit, I’ll say which tier and why. If it isn’t, I’ll say that instead.

What to have ready

Last month’s ad spend — total is fine, per channel is better.
New patients last month, and roughly where they came from.
What a new patient is worth to you over their whole course of care.

Don’t have the numbers? Come anyway and say so — that’s a finding, not a failure, and it’s the most common answer I get.

Two things this call is not

It isn’t a pitch. There’s no deck and no second call with a “senior partner”.
It isn’t for you if you want marketing taken off your hands and never discussed again. Everything I do involves you understanding it.

I’m in the UK. Every slot on this calendar is already set to your morning — the times you see are your local times.
