The Private Practice Enterprise Club

The Coaching

Every two weeks, you find out what your marketing actually did.

Then you decide what to do about it — with someone who has had this conversation with more than 50 practice owners in your exact position.

Every two weeks

What actually happens

The same four things, every two weeks, for as long as you’re a member. The rhythm is the product. Two of my previous clients said the homework was the part that changed things, which is why it comes first.

48 hours before

Homework lands in your inbox

Three or four specific questions about your practice, aimed at whatever we’re working on. Usually numbers you don’t currently track. You answer them before the call, which means the call starts at the real problem instead of spending twenty minutes finding it.

The call

45 minutes, one to one, on video

We go through what the last two weeks produced — inquiries, booked appointments, patients who actually turned up, revenue. Then we pick the single thing most worth fixing and you leave with a written plan for the next two weeks. Recorded, so you don’t take notes.

Between calls

One account review, in writing

I go into one of your ad accounts, spend an hour in it, and send you a short note: what I changed or would change, and why. One account, one note. That is the whole of what “monitoring” means here, deliberately — anything more and this quietly becomes an agency retainer at coaching prices, which helps neither of us.

Monthly

The group call

Every member, one hour, once a month. You hear the problem you’re about to have from someone who had it in March. Optional, recorded, and worth turning up to.

Three tiers · US dollars · every tier includes the coaching above

How much of the doing you want to hand over

The coaching is identical in all three. What changes is whether you run the campaigns or I do.

Coaching

$697

per month · 3-month minimum

  • 1:1 call every two weeks, recorded
  • Homework before every call
  • One ad account review between calls
  • Monthly group call
  • You build and run the campaigns

Most practices

Coaching & Google

$1,697

per month + your ad spend · 6-month minimum

  • All of the coaching, unchanged
  • I build and run Google Ads — search, and local where it earns its place
  • Landing page and call tracking set up so the numbers mean something
  • Monthly written report on appointments booked and revenue, not impressions
  • One location, one Google account

Coaching, Google & Meta

$2,297

per month + your ad spend · 6-month minimum

  • Everything in Coaching & Google
  • I build and run Meta as well — creative, audiences, the lot
  • Reactivation campaigns to your dormant patient list, done compliantly
  • Every live event I run in the year, included
  • One location, one Google and one Meta account

Additional locations are quoted separately — a second clinic is a second set of campaigns, not a rounding error.

The terms, stated up front

No surprises on the call

Minimum term
Three months on coaching. Six on anything where I run ads. Coaching shows you nothing meaningful in six weeks, and an ad account needs a full quarter of data before the numbers stop being noise. The minimum protects you from paying for a half-finished experiment.
Paying annually
Ten months for twelve, paid up front. Available on any tier. Same terms otherwise.
Who owns the accounts
You do. Google Ads, Meta, Google Business Profile, the domain, the tracking — all in accounts registered to your practice, paid on your card. I get user access. You can remove me in about ninety seconds, and nothing stops working when you do. This is not how most agencies do it, and it is the first thing you should check with any of them.
Ad spend
Paid by you, directly to Google and Meta. It is not included in the monthly fee and I never handle it. Most single-location practices start somewhere between $1,000 and $3,000 a month; we’ll size it on the call against what a patient is actually worth to you.
Patient data
Your dormant patient list is protected health information the moment it leaves your practice software. It gets handled accordingly — hashed before it goes anywhere near an ad platform, no tracking pixels on booking or portal pages, and a written agreement covering it before I touch anything. If you don’t currently know how your agency handles this, ask them today.
Notice
After the minimum term, thirty days in writing. No exit fee, no held-hostage assets, no “retention call”.

Deliberately excluded

What you are not buying

  • At $697, I don’t run your ads. I’ll review one account every two weeks and tell you exactly what to change. The hands on the keyboard are yours. That’s the point of the tier.
  • Unlimited access between calls. There is no Slack channel and no “quick question?” at 11pm. You get the call, the homework and the written review. Bounded scope is why the price stays where it is.
  • Websites. If your site can’t convert, coaching won’t save it and I’ll say so on the first call. That’s a separate fixed-scope build.
  • Clinical or operational consulting. Hiring, scheduling, notes, billing, software selection — not my field, and there are people who are excellent at it.
  • Guaranteed results. Anyone guaranteeing you a number of patients is guessing or lying. What I’ll guarantee is that within ninety days you will be able to say what each marketing channel cost you per booked appointment.

Bring last month’s spend and last month’s appointments.

Twenty minutes is enough to tell whether this is worth either of our time.
